glade-forge provides mobile pet grooming and care services in the Greater London area. Our services include but are not limited to grooming, bathing, nail trimming, and daily pet care visits. Services are subject to availability and may vary based on your location.

Booking and Appointments

When you submit a booking request through our website:

• Your request is subject to confirmation by our team
• Final pricing will be confirmed before your appointment based on your pet's size, coat condition, and specific requirements
• We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your booking
• A booking is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from us

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment: No charge
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before your appointment: 50% of the service fee may apply
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment or no-shows: Full service fee may apply

We reserve the right to waive cancellation fees at our discretion, particularly in cases of emergency.

Your Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your pet, including any health conditions, behavioural issues, or special needs
• Inform us of any changes to your pet's health or behaviour before appointments
• Ensure your pet's vaccinations are current and provide proof upon request
• Provide safe access to your home and a suitable space for grooming
• Be present or arrange for a responsible adult to be present during the appointment
• Disclose any aggressive behaviour your pet has displayed

Pet Health and Safety

The health and safety of your pet is our priority. Please note:

• If we observe signs of illness, injury, or parasites, we may recommend veterinary attention and may need to modify or postpone services
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe continuing could harm your pet or our staff
• Severely matted coats may require additional time and cost, or in extreme cases, veterinary intervention
• While we take every precaution, grooming carries inherent risks and minor nicks or scratches may occasionally occur

Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fee paid for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for any pre-existing conditions or undisclosed health issues
• We are not responsible for any reactions to products, provided we have followed standard practices and you have not informed us of known allergies
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
