You can book through our website by completing the booking form on the homepage. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your appointment time and provide a final quote based on your pet's specific needs.
We bring all equipment and products. All we need is access to running water (a kitchen or bathroom tap is fine) and a suitable space for grooming. A clear floor area of approximately 2x2 metres works well for most pets.
Absolutely. Many of our clients come to us specifically because their pets struggle in salon environments. We take extra time with nervous animals, using gentle handling and allowing breaks as needed. Please let us know about any anxieties when booking.
We recommend booking 5-7 days in advance, especially for weekend appointments. For regular clients, we can set up recurring appointments to ensure your preferred times are always available.
